About GROW
GROW, a ministry specifically for Middle School students (grades 6 - 8), is broken up into 3 distinct ministry areas.
GROW in Grace
Each Sunday morning at 9 AM, our GROW students are challenged to GRAPPLE with topics that they face each day. Through Biblical study, group activities, and games, our students learns how to deal with the tough questions they may face in life.
As a part of these activities, our students have access to GRAPPLE, a safe community just for our students that allows them to do some really cool things:
GROW is MIA
Each Sunday night, GROW is definitely MIA. What is MIA? MIA stands for Missions In Action.
Sunday nights from 4:45 to 7:00 PM we challenge our students to learn more about how God can use them to reach others both locally and around the world. This time is packed with learning, games, food and missions focused activities. Some of the things our students are doing are:
GROW in Praise
Just as learning and serving are important, praising God is something we must all do in our lives. But many of our students don't know how. Wednesday nights are filled with music, choreography and laughter!
After a great Wednesday Night Supper, our kids are taught how to sing and praise God. The exciting part is that they get to share what they learn with the church as they give special performances and join our worship choir, praise band and KFC for various musical performances.
